Nathan Albright
Founder, BCBA
Hi! My name is Nathan Albright, and am one of the proud founders/owners of Albright ABA Therapy. I graduated from the Chicago School of Psychology with a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2013, and have spent my entire career working with children, primarily in school or clinical environments, which is why Albright ABA has set our priority to focus on these two areas specifically.
I have more than 15 years of experience in the field of behavioral health and sciences with concentrations in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), trauma and crisis management, direct clinical oversight, clinical operations, decision modeling coding for ABA practice management software, systems development and value-based care training/delivery. Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege to oversee the creation of and development for over 30 ABA centers across my time in various organizations. I cannot wait to put this experience to good use and help support our families here.
Jenna Timpson
Founder
After finishing my Bachelors’ Degree in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis, I began my career in ABA in 2015. Since then, I have served in a variety of roles. From providing 1:1 therapy as an RBT, to training for staff and families, to operational management and team development, I have had the opportunity to see a variety of clinics grow.
My passion is in developing collaborative, well-trained teams to provide the best care possible to the families that we serve. I believe that developing strong relationships is imperative to make sure that the families’ needs are met and to ensure that we work cohesively for the kids.

Tyler Douthit
CFO, MBA
Hi, I’m Tyler, the Chief Financial Officer for Albright ABA, bringing over six years of experience as an accomplished financial leader. In my previous roles I have delivered value to stakeholders across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and public administration. In my previous role within the ABA field, I helped lead significant financial initiatives that enhanced financial management, improved reporting capabilities, and optimized the organization’s capital structure.
I have a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Butler University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
