General Summary:
Albright ABA was founded to provide an evidence-based, individualized approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children diagnosed with Autism and their families. We prioritize the importance of modern ABA practices that allow for a safe and supportive environment, raising the standard of care in our therapeutic approach. This RBT positions is for our home and community-based services in the Sheridan, IN area.
This RBT position is to provide ABA services within Schools for the Sheridan School District
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with Autism inside a classroom setting
- Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
- Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
- Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
- Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, clinical leadership, and additional team members to support the client’s needs
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Availability school hours
- Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
- Strong communication skills required
- Ability to be flexible and work as a team
Skills You Will Use
- Receiving and carrying out direction from supervising BCBA for therapy and data collection
- Providing customer service to the families at all times
- Collecting unbiased and accurate data during therapy sessions
- Working in a team to share responsibilities and duties

This RBT position is for our Carmel, IN ABA center
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with Autism in our Carmel, IN ABA Center

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Completing Initial assessments as needed, including written authorization reports
- Completing 6-month reauthorizations for current clients
- Creating individualized behavior plans for each client based on behavior goals
- Monitoring client progress through data analysis
- Adherence to all client’s medical authorization recommendations
- Providing 1:1 ABA therapy as needed
- Providing competency assessments and supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians as required by the BACB
- Adhering to all ethical standards as required by the BACB ethical code of conduct
- Supervising Therapists who are pursuing their Bachelor’s or Masters degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Organize, create, and run regular staff meetings
Additional Responsibilities:
- Have a genuine desire to collaborate in the development of an innovative start-up program
- Have a genuine desire to learn, teach, collaborate in a team-oriented environment committed to making an impact on the clients we serve
- Believe in a variety of different evidence based methodologies
- Use a proactive approach to communicate
- Receptive to feedback and open communication
- Flexible and willing to adjust to change as the program grows and develops
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or other related area (Required)
- BCBA Certification (Required)
- BCBA: 1-3 years (Preferred)
Work environment:

This BCBA position will be supporting students within the Sheridan School District across potentially various schools/settings.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Completing Initial assessments as needed, including written authorization reports
- Completing 6-month reauthorizations for current clients

- Adherence to all client’s medical authorization recommendations

- Collaborate with Sheridan School teachers and administration, including trainings and workshops when requested by the school, attendance to clients IEP meetings, etc.
